Hello friend! I’m so glad you are here! My name is Kate, and I’m a certified life coach.
I met and married my husband before our medical career journey ever began. I’ve been a part of the ups and downs of applying and interviewing for medical school and residency, living on a student budget or less, feeling like a single parent, lots and lots of moving, and having kids at every step of the way. I get it! Being “married to medicine” can be down right tough, and as a supportive spouse it’s easy feel overwhelmed and to lose sight of your own interests and sense of self.
I’m here to help you not just survive life as a doctor’s wife, but to thrive in whatever part of the medical journey you find yourself in right now! Coaching helped me do just that, and I want to help you, too!
